We utilize reliable shipping services, such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, for the delivery of all our products. To enhance your convenience, we furnish a tracking number for each order placed with us, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Domestic Delivery Costs

We apply a per-item charge for shipping, with a standard fee of $5 for each item. However, there are exceptions to this rule:

  1. Bandanas & Neo-Scarves have a reduced shipping fee of $3.50.
  2. Onesies, All Blankets, and Capes incur a higher shipping fee of $7.50.
  3. Canvas Prints, requiring additional care, have a specific shipping cost of $12.95 each.

Domestic Delivery Estimations

All orders take approximately 7-10 business days to go through our production line. Please allow an additional 3-5 business Days for your order to be delivered.

International Delivery Estimations

Our production process typically takes around 7-10 business days to complete for all orders. Following production, we kindly ask for an additional 10-15 business days to ensure the delivery of your order. Your patience during this timeframe is greatly appreciated as we work diligently to provide you with a high-quality product.

Peak Seasons

The provided timeframes are approximations, and it's important to note
that these estimates may experience variations, particularly during peak
buying seasons. Our busiest periods typically occur from October 14th
to January 6th and from May 31st to September 3rd. For those making
purchases during these peak selling seasons, we recommend planning ahead
to accommodate potential fluctuations in delivery times.

Lost/Stolen Packages

While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of your items, Tetramode cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages lost or stolen during transit with the designated providers. Customers are urged to initiate contact with the carrier, complete all necessary claims, and handle all correspondence related to such incidents. Tetramode guarantees the production of your items and provides a tracking number for package monitoring.
