Cancellations

Eligibility:
To qualify for an order cancellation, all requests must be submitted within 24 hours after placing the order.

Getting Started:

Requests Made After 24 Hours:

  1. We will make every effort to accommodate your request to cancel the order. In most cases, if your order hasn't entered our production line, we can cancel it at no additional cost to you.
  2. If your order has progressed to the production line, the customer is responsible for adhering to our refund policy outlined at the top of this document if they wish to receive a refund. No exceptions.

Additional Information:

  1. Refunds approved due to cancellations may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

Defective & Incorrect Item

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item in your order, worry not! We are committed to replacing it at no extra cost, ensuring your satisfaction.

Getting Started:

  1. Please reach out to us by emailing at www.tetramode.com/pages/contact, explaining the situation and specifying your preference for a replacement.

Eligibility:

  1. To facilitate a smooth replacement process, customers are kindly asked to provide evidence supporting their request. We appreciate your understanding.

Returning the Item:

  1. You have the option to either keep the item or return it. If you choose to return it, inform us, and we will promptly provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
  2. Recognizing the inconvenience, we want to make things right by offering a $15 gift card for your next purchase.

Replacements:

  1. Upon approval of the submitted evidence, your replacement order will be promptly placed. Please anticipate up to 5 business days for the issuance of new tracking information. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Exchanges

Eligibility:

  1. All items must be unused/unworn (except to try on). Please see Additional Info at the bottom for instructions regarding orders with multiple items.
  2. All items must have the original packaging.
  3. All items must be free of foreign smells.
  4. All items must be free of defects not caused by our error.
  5. The request must be received within 7 days of when the item was marked as delivered.
  6. Exchanges are postmarked within 10 days of authorization.

Shipping Your Exchange:

  1. Customers are responsible for shipping costs (Non-Refundable).
  2. Write your RMA# on the outside of the package.
  3. Enter the tracking number of your exchange on the returns portal (exchanges will not be issued without proof of delivery). Not having a tracking number accessible may cause substantial delays.

Receiving Your Exchange:

  1. If your exchange is eligible, we will process it free of charge.
  2. If your exchange is denied, you will receive an email stating why, along with further instructions.

Additional Info:

We are not responsible for wrong addresses given at the time of the order or lost/stolen packages. No Exceptions. If your order is lost, visit www.tetramode.com/pages/help for proper assistance.

If you ordered multiple designs of the same garment type and wish to exchange all of them, all but one product can be opened to be eligible for the even exchange policy. If your exchange is sent to us and multiple designs of the same garment type have been opened, your request will be rejected.

For exchanges that miss one or more of the above eligibility requirements, we offer a secondary program called Fusion.

Fusion Program

Eligibility:

  1. All items must have been unused/unworn (except to try on).
  2. All items must be free of foreign smells.
  3. All items must be free of defects not caused by our error.
  4. We must receive a request within 8 - 14 days after the item(s) has been marked as delivered.
  5. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of approval into the Fusion Program.

Getting Started:

  1. Ensure you have your order number and the email address used to place the order. Email us at https://www.tetramode.com/pages/help to request eligibility review for the Fusion program.

Shipping Your Order:

  1. Customers are responsible for shipping costs (Non-Refundable).
  2. Write "RMA Exception" on the outside of the package.
  3. Email us the tracking number of your package; we cannot offer the benefits of this program without proof of delivery.

Receiving Your Order:

  1. If your order meets the eligible requirements for Fusion, you will receive a gift card - 15% of the total retail value of the purchase for each item received.

Additional Info:

  1. In the Fusion program, we offer an additional 14-day grace period for items received after 31 days. Items received after 31-45 days are subject to a 25% deduction fee of the retail value. After 45 days, we are unable to assist you with your purchase. No Exceptions.

Privacy

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our
store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the
personal information you give us such as your name, address and email
address.
When you browse our
store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol
(IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn
about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent?
When
you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction,
verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or
return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and
using it for that specific reason only.
If
we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like
marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent,
or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.
They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to
sell our products and services to you.
Your
data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the
general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server
behind a firewall.

Payment:
If
you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then
Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase
transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your
purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction
information is deleted.
All
direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as
managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort
of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to
make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed,

If you
provide us with your credit card information, the information is
encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a
AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet
or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS
requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry
standards.

our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of

determine if the current visitor has access.

  2. In the rare occurrence of a delivery to the wrong address, our responsibility is limited.
  3. It's important to note that if the wrong address was supplied during order placement, we appreciate your understanding that we can only work with the information provided.

We value open communication and collaboration with our customers:

  3. While we'll do our best to catch address changes, once items reach the shipping department, we entrust you with the responsibility to liaise with the postal carrier for any rerouting.

It's part of our shared responsibility to ensure a smooth delivery process:

  1. If an order is returned to us, a redelivery fee will be charged to resend the item to the correct address.

For our valued international customers:

  1. Any international items returned to us due to failed deliveries will incur a $35 inconvenience fee, which must be paid by the customer before redelivery.
  2. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs/duty taxes imposed by your government/country.

DISCOUNTS a) We are unable to apply discounts after purchases have been
made. however Tetramode reserves the right at their discretion to apply
the discount code in the form of store credit under special
circumstances. b) Discounts are non-transferable. c) Discount codes
cannot be combined 8) DEFECTIVE ITEMS a) Refunds or Replacements are
issued at no cost to the customer if you receive any item(s) that is
defective or is received in error. 9) OTHER RIGHTS & WARRANTIES a)
We are not responsible for Wrong Addresses being given at time of the
Order. Orders that are returned to us due to wrong addresses being
submitted at the time of the order will be charged a $35 Return Service
Fee and the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping
fee + other additional shipping costs prior to us returning the
merchandise back to the customer, No Exceptions. b) We are not
responsible for lost packages. c) Face Masks, Neck Gaiters, Underwear
and Bikini Bottoms are not eligible for Store Credit or Refunds due to
sanitation reasons 10) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY a) All art sold on
Tetramode is the sole ownership of Samuel Farrand, at no point
whatsoever shall the art printed on Tetramode's products be reproduced
in any manner whatsoever b) Artwork reproduced without the written
consent of Samuel Farrand will be punishable in a court of law and tried
to the fullest extent for Copyright Infringement & Intellectual
Property violations. 11) CONCLUSION: By purchasing from Tetramode you
