Cancellation Policy

ELGIBILITY

To be elgible for an order cancellation all requests must be made within 24 hrs after the order is placed.

GETTING STARTED

REQUESTS MADE AFTER 24 HRS

1. We will naturally do our very best to cancel your order, in most cases if your order hasn't made it to our production line we are able to cancel your order at no extra cost to you.
2. In the event your order has hit the production line the customer is responsible for following through with our refund policy located at the top of this document if they wish to get their money back. No Exceptions

ADDITIONAL INFO

1. Refunds that are approved due to cancellations may take up to 3-5 Business days to reflect on your bank statement.

Defective/Incorrect Item Policy

In the rare event you receive a defective or incorrect item in your order we will replace it free of charge at no extra cost.

GETTING STARTED

ELGIBILITY
1. Customer must provide evidence to receive a replacement. No Exceptions.


RETURNING THE ITEM
1. Customer has the choice to keep the item or return the item. If you choose to return the item please let us know and we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. We understand this is an inconvenience to mail this back, so to make it right we also offer all customers a $15 gift card to be used towards your next purchase.

REPLACEMENTS
1. Upon approval of evidence submitted your replacement order will be ordered for you. Please expect to wait up to 5 business days for new tracking info

Exchange Policy

5. We have received the request within 7 days of when the item was marked as delivered.

SHIPPING YOUR EXCHANGE

1. Exchanges must be post-marked within 31 days of authorization
2. Customer pays shipping (Non-Refundable)
3. Be sure to write your RMA# on the outside of the package
4. Enter the tracking # of your exchange on the returns portal (exchanges will not be issed without proof of delivery)

 

RECEIVING YOUR EXCHANGE

1. If your return is eligible we will issue you a gift card of the exact value of what was paid at the time of purchase within a few business days of receiving your exchange.
2. If your return is denied you will receive an email stating why and it will include further instructions.

ADDITIONAL INFO

1. We are not responsible for wrong addresses being given at time of the order or lost/stolen packages. No Exceptions. If your order is lost visit www.tetramode.com/pages/help for proper assitance.
2. For exchanges that do not meet all the above requirements a 15% service fee is deducted from your issued gift card. We offer a 15 day grace period from day 31-45, exchanges in the grace period are subject to a 15% deduction from the valuation of your issued gift card. Exchange requests submitted after 45 days are not accepted. No Exceptions. We are human however and want you to be happy so we are willing to work with you in most cases, however any requests that do not fall within the above guidelines we retain the right to refuse.

Privacy Policy

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
PREF, persistent for a very short period, Set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where

Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

1. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen.
2. We are not responsible if the package was delivered to the wrong address.
3. We are not responsible if the wrong address supplied to us at the time of when the order was placed is incorrect.
4. It is the customers responsibility to track their orders and to notifiy us immediately of any address changes. You can message us here: https://www.tetramode.com/pages/help
5. We will do our best to catch any address changes but please understand once items have reached the shipping department our hands are tied and it is the customers responsibility to contact the postal carrier and reroute the package to them.
6. If your order is returned to us the customer will be charged a redelivery fee to have the item resent to the correct address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
1. All international items returned to us due to failed deliveries will have a $35 inconvinece fee which must be paid by the customer before redelivery.
2. We are not responsible for any custom/duty taxes imposed by your government/country.

Terms of Service

We take pride in what we sell and your satisfaction and feedback is very important to our evolution. We want your buying experience to be pleasurable, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will gladly issue you a refund or gift card. Please read our Terms of Service below:

1) ELIGIBILITY a) All items must be Unused/Unworn b) All items must be In Original Packaging c) All items must be Free of Foreign Smells d) All items must be Free of Defects not caused by our error. e) We have received the request within 7 days of when the item was marked as delivered. 2) SHIPPING YOUR RETURN a) For Store Credit Item(s) must be post-marked within 31 Days of Authorization, for Refunds Items(s) must be post-marked within 7 Days of Authorization. b) Customer Pays Shipping (Non-Refundable) c) RMA# is written on the Outside of the Package. 3) RECEIVING YOUR RETURN a) If your return is Eligible we will issue full store credit once your Return has been fully processed. b) If your Return is denied you will receive an email stating why and will include further instructions. c) Articles of clothing returned to us that has a foreign odor will be rejected, it will be up to the customer to pay the postage to have their article(s) of clothing returned. No Exceptions. 4) CANCELLATIONS a) To avoid any Fees, All Cancellations must be done within 24hrs of Ordering. Cancellations placed after 24hrs is no longer eligible for a Refund, instead Store Credit will be issued minus a 15% Restocking Fee. Shipping Costs are non-refundable for cancellations after 24hrs. 5) DISCOUNTS a) We are unable to apply discounts after purchases have been made. however Tetramode reserves the right at their discretion to apply the discount code in the form of store credit under special circumstances. b) Discounts are non-transferable. c) Discount codes cannot be combined 6) DEFECTIVE ITEMS a) Refunds or Replacements are issued at no cost to the customer if you receive any item(s) that is defective or is received in error. 7) OTHER RIGHTS & WARRANTIES a) We are not responsible for Wrong Addresses being given at time of the Order. Orders that are returned to us due to wrong addresses being submitted at the time of the order will be charged a $35 Return Service Fee and the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. No Exceptions. b) Refunds are subject to a Non-Refundable 15% Restocking Fee of Retail Value. c) Refunds are issued on the last calendar day of the month the return was received. d) Refunds must be post-marked within 7 Days of the Approval Authorization. Refunds post-marked after 7 Days of Approval Authorization will be issued Store Credit. e) We are not responsible for lost packages. f) For returns received Past 30 Days up to 45 days a 15% Fee is deducted from your issued Store Credit. Returns received after 45 days are not accepted. No Exceptions. g) Face Masks, Neck Gaiters, Underwear and Bikini Bottoms are not eligible for Store Credit or Refunds due to sanitation reasons h) If any terms outlined in this policy are absent Tetramode reserves the right to reject the Return. 8) CONCLUSION: By purchasing from Tetramode you are agreeing to these Terms of Service 9) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY a) All art sold on Tetramode is the sole ownership of Samuel Farrand, at no point whatsoever shall the art printed on Tetramode's products be reproduced in any manner whatsoever b) Artwork reproduced without the written consent of Samuel Farrand will be punishable in a court of law and tried to the fullest extent for Copyright Infringement & Intellectual Property violations.
