Return/Cancellation Policy


Elgibility

1. All items must be Unused/Unworn
2. All items must be In Original Packaging
3. All items must be Free of Foreign Smells
4. All items must be Free of Defects not caused by our error
5. You have notified us within 7 days of the Postmarked date.

Getting Started

1. Please make sure you have your Order # + email address used to place the order and visit the following link https://tetramode.myreturnscenter.com/

Shipping Your Return

1. Item must be received within 7 Days of Authorization
2. Customer Pays Shipping (Non-Refundable)
3. Include Tracking #/Insurance

Receiving Your Return

1. If your exchange is Eligible we will send you out your replacement free of charge within in 2-3 Weeks.
2. If your exchange is denied you will receive an email stating why and will include further instructions.

Cancellations

1. To avoid any Fees, All Cancellations must be done within 24hrs of Ordering. No Exceptions. [Learn Why]

Defective Items

1. Refunds or Replacements are issued if you receive any item(s) that is defective or is received in error. 

Additional Info

1. We are not responsible for wrong address being supplied.
2. Refunds are subject to a Non-Refundable 15% Restocking Fee of Retail Value.
3. Refunds are issued on the last calendar day of the month the return was received.
4. We are not responsible for lost packages.
5. Exchanges of Value equaling $100+ will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
6. For Exchanges Past 30 Days up to 45 days a 15% Fee is Charged. No orders after 45 days are eligible. No Exceptions
