We take pride in what we sell and your satisfaction and feedback is very important to our evolution. We want your buying experience to be pleasurable, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will gladly issue you a refund as outlined through our Refund policy. Please read our Terms of Service below:
1) ELIGIBILITY a.) All items must be unused/unworn (except to try on) See clause Additional Info for instructions regarding orders with multiple items. b.) All items must have original packaging c.) All items must be free of foreign smells d.) All items must be free of defects not caused by our error. e.) We have received the request within 7 days of when the item was marked as delivered. f.) Exchanges are post-marked within 10 days of authorization 2) GETTING STARTED a.) Please make sure you have your order # + email address used to place the order and visit the following link https://tetramode.myreturnscenter.com/ 3) SHIPPING YOUR ORDER a.) Customer pays shipping (Non-Refundable) b.) Be sure to write your RMA# on the outside of the package c.) Enter the tracking # of your refund on the returns portal (exchanges will not be issued without proof of delivery), not having a tracking# accessible may cause substantial delays 4) RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE a.) If your package meets the eligible requirements for a refund you will receive your money on the last calendar day of the month of when the item(s) was marked as received. b.) If your package is rejected you will receive an email stating why and will include further instructions. 5) ADDITIONAL INFO a.) We are not responsible for wrong addresses being given at time of the order or lost/stolen packages. No Exceptions. If your order is lost visit www.tetramode.com/pages/help for proper assistance. b.) All Refunds are subject to a non-refundable 15% service fee of value paid (price after discounts) c.) If you ordered multiple designs of the same garment type and wish to receive a refund on all of them, all but one product can be opened to be eligible for the refund policy. If your package is sent to us and multiple designs of the same garment type has been opened. Your refund request will be rejected. d.) For refunds that miss one or more of the above eligibility requirements, we offer a secondary program called Fusion. 6) CANCELLATIONS a.)To be eligible for an order cancellation all requests must be made within 24 hrs after the order is placed. b.) Please email us the order # at the following link https://www.tetramode.com/pages/help c.) We will naturally do our very best to cancel your order, in most cases if your order hasn't made it to our production line we are able to cancel your order at no extra cost to you. d.) In the event your order has hit the production line the customer is responsible for following through with our refund policy located at the top of this document if they wish to get their money back. No Exceptions e.) Refunds that are approved due to cancellations may take up to 3-5 Business days to reflect on your bank statement. 7) DISCOUNTS a) We are unable to apply discounts after purchases have been made. however Tetramode reserves the right at their discretion to apply the discount code in the form of store credit under special circumstances. b) Discounts are non-transferable. c) Discount codes cannot be combined 8) DEFECTIVE ITEMS a) Refunds or Replacements are issued at no cost to the customer if you receive any item(s) that is defective or is received in error. 9) OTHER RIGHTS & WARRANTIES a) We are not responsible for Wrong Addresses being given at time of the Order. Orders that are returned to us due to wrong addresses being submitted at the time of the order will be charged a $35 Return Service Fee and the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee + other additional shipping costs prior to us returning the merchandise back to the customer, No Exceptions. b) We are not responsible for lost packages. c) Face Masks, Neck Gaiters, Underwear and Bikini Bottoms are not eligible for Store Credit or Refunds due to sanitation reasons 10) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY a) All art sold on Tetramode is the sole ownership of Samuel Farrand, at no point whatsoever shall the art printed on Tetramode's products be reproduced in any manner whatsoever b) Artwork reproduced without the written consent of Samuel Farrand will be punishable in a court of law and tried to the fullest extent for Copyright Infringement & Intellectual Property violations. 11) CONCLUSION: By purchasing from Tetramode you are agreeing to these Terms of Service
