If you purchased Route shipping insurance your journey ends here just start your claim at: https://help.route.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020319513-How-to-file-a-claim and they will take care of the rest! Scroll to the bottom for a special inconvenience offer from us.

Get Started with a Claim

If you opted out of the shipping insurance there are still several steps you can take to recuperate your lost merchandise. Often times either the post office has it or it is at a neighbors house. If you checked those places and still can't find it you can fill out a form with the USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm or call them at: 1(800) 275-8777 we have had a really high success rate at recovering lost mail using the provided link.

Not all that Wander is Lost

Let us kindly remind you we are not responsible or liable for lost/stolen packages and we certainly don't want you to not have our awesome designs, if you have done all the above options and there is still no luck the next alternative we can offer you is to re-order your lost items at an exclusive pro-rated cost with no fees involved.

To re-order the lost items please contact us and we will send you an invoice. If you want to skip the previous steps and don't want to wait you can do that too!
