Safety & Precaution Notice 03/24/20

Despite the recent extenuating circumstances, Tetramode has not changed it's business operations we are still 100% Operational and taking Orders as usual. We have been in very close communication with our partners & suppliers and we are taking every precaution necessary to ensure that everyone remains healthy & safe, in addition to the measures we are taking, we are also ensuring that Orders are still getting out to customers in the usual manner.

We also want to encourage another level of protection and to avoid opening packages right away. In our household we practice up to 5 days before opening any mail. Hopefully soon, these challenging times will pass and we will come out stronger and more conscious than ever. We look forward to continuing to serve the festival community.

For those that don't know we do offer Face Masks as well as Neck/Face Gaiters as an extra layer of defense.

     How Long Do Orders Take?

We like to safely tell our customers 2 weeks for Domestic Orders, expect 3 Weeks for International. These are only estimated times and are dependant upon current order volume. It's not out of the ordinary to get your order in less than a week.

     How Are Your Clothes Made?

All textile items are produced on demand. When your order is placed, we enter it into our database. At that point it is printed, and cut for sewers to stitch together, all sewing is done in the US. The order is then sent over to our Quality Control department for pre-shipment inspection. Once your order has passed QC it is sent over to our shipping department where it is prepared and dispatched for final delivery. Once the package is sent to the carrier you can expect to wait up to 5 business days for delivery.

     Where Are Your Clothes Made?

All of our apparel is produced in the US. Our polyester textile blends are all produced from recycled plastic bottles.

     How Do I Find my Size?

All size charts are on the product listings.

In the event your package is lost you will need to file a claim with the postal carrier. We are only responsible for supplying the tracking # so that you can track it. We automatically send you a tracking email when your item has been shipped.      What are the Care Instructions For My Clothes?

We recommend washing in cold water, inside out. Tumbled, low dry or even air dried. Never use hot water or an iron, it will permanently damage the apparel. Some textiles we use are finely woven like wool and may develop fabric pills. To keep your clothing looking fresh and new we recommend removing them with a depiller once a month. Overtime this will go away and depilling will no longer be needed.

     Carriers

We ship all our products using USPS, UPS and FedEx. For your convenience we provide a tracking # for each order placed with us.

     Domestic Delivery Costs

We charge per item. For Each item we have a small shipping fee of $5 with the Exception of the Following:

1. Bandanas & Neo-Scarves $3.50
2. Onesies, All Blankets, Capes $7.50
3. Canvas Prints which require additional care. Canvas Prints are $12.95 ea.

     Domestic Delivery Estimations

All orders take approximately 7-10 business days to go through our production line. Please allow an additional 3-5 business Days for your order to be delivered.

     International Delivery Estimations

All orders take approximately 7-10 business days to go through our production line. Please allow an additional 10-15 business days for your order to be delivered.

     Peak Seasons

The times quoted above are estimates, these estimates may see fluctuations during peak buying seasons. We are busiest through October 14 - January 6th & May 31st - Sep 3rd. If you are buying during our peak selling seasons, we encourage you to plan accordingly.

     Festival Ready

If you are buying for a festival for your convenience we have provided a festival buying guide of when you should place your order.

     Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible or held liable for any packages lost or stolen by the providers we use. It is up to the customer to contact the carrier and fill out all claims and conduct all correspondences. Tetramode only guarantees that your items will be made and will provide you a tracking # to watch for your package. In the event your package is lost/stolen we have provided you useful information to make this unfortunate process easier on you. The chances of your package being lost is rare but if it happens contact us and we will send you all the necessary information to get you started.

     Customs/Duty Taxes

We are not Responsible for paying any Duty Taxes or responsible for any packages held by Customs, nor are we responsible for the taxes imparted by your Government. It is up to the customer to make all inquiries regarding these matters.

 

Return Policy

     Eligibility

1. All items must be Unused/Unworn
2. All items must be In Original Packaging
3. All items must be Free of Foreign Smells
4. All items must be Free of Defects not caused by our error.
5. We have received the request within 7 days of when the item was marked as delivered.

     Shipping Your Return

1. For Store Credit Item(s) must be post-marked within 31 Days of Authorization, for Refunds Items(s) must be post-marked within 7 Days of Authorization
2. Customer Pays Shipping (Non-Refundable)
3. Be Sure to Write your RMA# On the Outside of the Package

     Receiving Your Return

1. If your return is Eligible we will issue full store credit within a few Business Days of Receiving your Return.
2. If your Return is denied you will receive an email stating why and will include further instructions.

     Cancellations

1. To avoid any Fees, All Cancellations must be done within 24hrs of Ordering. Cancellations placed after 24hrs is no longer eligible for a Refund, instead Store Credit will be issued minus a 15% Restocking Fee. Shipping Costs are non-refundable after 24hrs. [Learn Why]

     Defective Items

1. Refunds or Replacements are issued at no cost to the customer if you receive any item(s) that is defective or is received in error. 

     Additional Info

1. We are not responsible for Wrong Addresses being given at time of the Order or Lost/Stolen packages. No Exceptions.
2. Refunds are subject to a Non-Refundable 15% Restocking Fee of Retail Value.
3. Refunds are issued on the last calendar day of the month the return was received.
4. Refunds must be post-marked within 7 Days of the Approval Authorization. No Exceptions. Refunds post-marked after 7 Days of Approval Authorization will be issued Store Credit.
5. We are not responsible for lost packages.
6. For returns Past 30 Days up to 45 days a 15% Fee is deducted from your issued Store Credit. Returns after 45 days are not accepted. No Exceptions

Disclaimer: Some of our asymmetrical patterns may have different placement then what is pictured. This is intentional and is what gives our clothing it's unique one of a kind appearance.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

We want your buying experience to be pleasurable, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will gladly issue you a refund or store credit. Timeless Psychedelic Fashion

Tetramode is the Dream manifestation Love Story of Husband & Wife Twin-Flame Digital Visionary Artists power duo Samuel Farrand & Cate Farrand. First Conceived by Samuel in 2013. Tetramode was simply "Samuel Farrand" and began its journey on Etsy.

In just three years Samuel Farrand's vision outgrew the Etsy selling platform and moved to samuelfarrand.com, where he could offer his entire catalog of Art & Textile designs & his wifes newly evolving art on various Products.

In 2018 the couple combined their passion for creating the most aesthethic psychedelic clothing on the market and merged as one to form Tetramode. Here we are present day with Sam & Cate expanding and growing together in the psychedelic Clothing Industry with no plans of stopping.

The couple works night & day to offer their customers the very best quality in clothing, customer service and and to give their users an enjoyable web experience. Tetramode is ran & operated entirely by Sam & Cate.

Both Sam & Cate are well respected & established artists in the Visionary Arts community and have been published in multiple articles, have participated in various projects surrounding the community and recently have taken a stand against Ocean Pollution.

Unlike most retailers all of Tetramode's products are custom made when each order is placed. In our concentrated effort to preserve our environment Tetramode produces only what is necessary. This decreases waste and at the same time improves over all product quality by everything being supervised from start to finish.

To avoid any potential conflicts that may arise with Child Labor laws Tetramode produces and adheres to US Manufacturing regulations

Why a 15% Fee on Refunds?
Everything is Custom made. When you buy from us a large portion of the money made from the sale goes to our manufacturer to cover labor + material costs. When customers do refunds we are paying back to the customer the labor cost + materials. In an effort to offset that we charge a 15% fee to try to absorb some of our loss. To recuperate the rest of our loss we then have to put the refunded item on sale at deep discount to recover the rest of the loss just to break even on the sale. Since we are dealing with custom designs, styles and sizes we often times sit on refunds for over a year before our loss from the refund is balanced. Luckily our business is consistent and we can be patient for the transaction to finish balancing itself out. If we didn't do this we wouldn't be able to provide the festival community our designs. It's an integral part of our operation.
